Job Overview

The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Lease Services team, you will be responsible for auditing lease agreements, processing lease term changes, and issuing payments to property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process lease change requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform lease audits against supporting documentation to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Enter required data into lease management software (Tririga) to ensure seamless data management.
  • Communicate effectively with Real Estate departments to resolve any questions or discrepancies.
  • Support and assist Real Estate Representatives and Administrators with corporate lease process and payment information.
  • Review prepared revenue reports to verify backup and computation for percent rents.
  • Assist with Consumer Price Index (CPI) calculations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Meet weekly deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex commercial lease language.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills preferred.
  • Tririga background is a plus.
