About the Role

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to emergencies
Requirements
  • Personal Care Associate: Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
  • Residential Associate: Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration required
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 per hour (DOE/Credentials)
  • Night shift differential: $2.50 per hour
  • Language differential: 5% for bilingual or multilingual candidates
