We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness in our new Manzanita Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, and administer medication
- Keep accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
- A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
What We Offer:
- A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
- A 5% language differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
