About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness in our Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) program.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
