About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in the Lane County area, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. As a Mental Health Associate, you will be part of a direct care team, working closely with clients to support their development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in developing life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to facility requests for coverage
Requirements
  • Personal Care Associate: caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
  • Residential Associate: eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration required
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
