About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at Madrone Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Providing therapeutic interventions and promoting a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate clinical records

Requirements include:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • 1 out of 3 criteria: Bachelors degree in behavioral science, minimum three years of behavioral health experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds and perform other physical tasks as applicable
