About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Citigroup Inc as a Fraud Operations Specialist, where you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' accounts and identities from fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential fraud and minimize financial impact.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate complex fraud cases with minimal supervision, using your analytical skills to identify patterns and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and process improvement, eliminating friction points and enhancing productivity.
  • Monitor process workflow and quality, recommending new options to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a related field, such as customer service, risk assessment, or fraud prevention.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to process both inbound and outbound client calls, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to interpret data and organize information.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical skills.
What We Offer

Citigroup Inc offers a competitive salary range of $43,000 to $57,340 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
