The National Sports Center Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Event Coordinator to join our team. As a Facility Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and events.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and physically demanding environment characterized by a rapid pace. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting user groups and spectators, demonstrating exceptional customer service by interacting with users and answering questions, and communicating the facility needs through appropriate channels. Additionally, you will support the operations team with user needs and facility changeovers, ensuring safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facilities.

Work Environment:

You can expect to work in a fast-paced environment that involves collaborating with team members to fulfill job duties and responsibilities. This may include lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent outdoor shifts, and exposure to sizable crowds during events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be 16 years or older, authorized to work in the United States, have reliable transportation to and from work, and be available to work nights and weekends. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, and knowledge of field sports is helpful but not necessary.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
