HR Manager Job Description

KCO Resource Management is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Partner with plant leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, coaching managers on effective management techniques, and providing counsel on employee relations issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting thorough investigations, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee and management performance, while ensuring effective utilization of performance management feedback systems and processes.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee site payroll administration, LOA process, and annual hourly wages increase program in partnership with the USA Compensation team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR Administration, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of broad-based HR Generalist experience, with 3+ years in a manufacturing environment and 3+ years of management experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices in recruitment, organization development, policy administration, training, and employee relations; hands-on, self-starter with excellent communication and business acumen skills.
