Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Manager in executing program initiatives.
- Manage financial resources across various dimensions, ensuring effective oversight of costs, schedules, and client interactions.
- Guarantee the long-term sustainability of our products.
- Lead a cross-functional team to facilitate program objectives.
- Travel as needed to engage with clients and partners.
- Provide timely updates on program status and necessary corrective measures.
- Ensure long-term supportability of radar products through supplier collaboration and industry insights.
- Communicate program updates to leadership using established business and project management practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience in areas such as Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or Material Program Management.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Completion of Program Management Level 5 Certification within the first year of employment.
- Experience in budget management with a strong understanding of inventory and financial requests.
- Familiarity with technical protocols to aid in resolution processes.
- Prior engagement as a Material Program Manager is preferred.
- Possession of a valid U.S. government security clearance is required.

- Strong business acumen to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, particularly in communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
- Ability to quickly understand ongoing technical and management efforts while fostering strong client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
