About the Role:- Lead the development of brand visual identity, including logo design, color palette, typography, and imagery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and product packaging.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement, leveraging social media, influencer partnerships, and events.
- Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into creative design solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- 7+ years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading creative teams and developing innovative brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS/BFA in Graphic Design and/or MA/MFA in a related field.
- A competitive annual base salary range of $94,400.00 to $130,000.00.
