About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Perchwell. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acquiring high-value real estate brokerage customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Market Presence: Establish Perchwell's market presence in new territories and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Full Funnel Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and expansions.
  • Build Cross-Functional Relationships: Collect customer insights and provide valuable inputs to Product, Engineering, and Operations functions as we scale the company.
  • Operationalize: Build out playbooks, processes, scripts, and other tools to support the next stage of growth.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of residential market trends and competitive dynamics, using insights to strategically position our offerings.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a scaling SaaS environment.
  • Minimum annual quota of $1.0M of SaaS or net revenue in a quota-carrying role with ACVs ranging from $30K - $150K.
  • Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and cultivate customer relationships.
