As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that all operations are conducted accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process orders by interpreting pick tickets and completing necessary documentation to meet turnaround objectives.
  • Package products in accordance with company guidelines and specific customer requirements.
  • Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory control effectively.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and ensure proper documentation is in place.
  • Organize and relocate inspected components as per company protocols.
  • Order and maintain inventory of consumables.
  • Utilize barcode scanners for order picking and relocation tasks.
  • Participate in forklift training and certification as needed.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform hands-on inspections of all products, components, and assemblies.
  • Support the development of quality team members and motivate them to achieve peak performance.
  • Act as a technical expert in cable assembly processes.
  • Monitor daily activities to meet quality objectives, identify issues, conduct audits, implement changes, and provide feedback to the Quality Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying work.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
