Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapy Director to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of physical therapists and other clinical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform clinical and business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, payers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare or occupational health setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the patient experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
