Clinical Administrator III/UKHC

The Clinical Administrator III for the Department of Internal Medicine is a key member of the Office of the Chair's Administrative Leadership team. This role serves as a leader, liaison, and advocate with regard to the provision of the Department of Internal Medicine, and reports directly to the Department Administrator.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives that align with the current multi-year strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the department, College of Medicine, and UKHC.
- Work collaboratively with department leadership in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated operational and administrative programs, structures, systems, policies, and processes for the department.
- Serve as a facilitator between department leaders, college leaders, hospital leaders, providers, and system leaders to promote standardization of structures, processes, education, and support throughout the organization while sustaining financial stability and success.
- Possess strategic vision, an executive presence, excellent communication skills, proven facilitation, motivational, leadership, and change management skills, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results while attaining multi-year goals.
- SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Masters degree preferred.
