Duties and Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance business performance. This includes interfacing with District Managers and Account Managers to present and negotiate recommended portfolios of services, managing opportunities through Salesforce, and generating job estimates and bid proposals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, attending RFP pre-bid meetings and proposal presentations, and facilitating contact with existing and potential clients via trade shows, association events, and meetings.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may include up to 6% commission paid on applicable sales.
