Position: Mechanical Assembly Specialist
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Atlanta (Buckhead)

Compensation:
$19 - $20 per hour, based on experience

PrideStaff, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team in the Buckhead area. The selected candidate will be tasked with the assembly and evaluation of both electronic and mechanical components and systems. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and strict adherence to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a safe and organized workspace to facilitate production.
2. Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Document information as necessary for material processing.
4. Process work orders following work instructions and ensure compliance with all protocols.
5. Follow ESD safety guidelines to mitigate yield loss.
6. Assess and resolve assembly discrepancies using industry best practices.
7. Utilize testing software accurately to maintain data integrity.
8. Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate counts.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a laboratory or chemical manufacturing setting is preferred.
- An associate degree is advantageous.
- Must be self-driven, dependable, and accountable for all operational processes.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled hours and accurately record time.
- A cooperative, proactive, and quality-focused mindset is essential.
- Must possess strong counting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly as required.
- Proficient in computer usage, including tracking software.
