We are seeking a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist for a family-oriented, faith-based beverage service organization. This position is perfect for individuals who wish to explore the country while performing essential maintenance, light mechanical tasks, and other related responsibilities.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $45,000, depending on experience.
Additional Benefits
$35 daily per diem
$125 nightly hotel allowance
Company-provided vehicle
Work Schedule
Monday through Saturday
Three weeks of travel followed by one week of paid time off
Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist
- Adhere to a schedule of assigned maintenance calls for routine servicing of equipment.
- Travel extensively across the nation for prolonged periods.
- Independently complete maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Install, replace, or modify machine components according to specifications.
- Ensure all equipment operates correctly and document all maintenance activities using company software.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all machinery.
- Lubricate or apply specified materials to machines and parts as per established procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for all job responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in detailing and assembly is advantageous.
- Background in food and beverage equipment service and maintenance is preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.
- Possession of a personal set of hand tools.
- Strong focus on detail.
- Successful completion of drug screening, background checks, and driving record assessments required at the time of hiring.
