Position Summary: We are looking for skilled Assembly Specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly of electro-optical components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all assembly tasks.
  • Ensure a safe and organized workspace at all times.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, documenting parts utilized and identifying additional components required.
  • Report any defective materials to the supervisor promptly.
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with the manufacturing schedule.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; additional technical education is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional manual dexterity is essential, as some components are small.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to use standard hand tools effectively.
  • Capable of following straightforward written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with soldering techniques, including surface mount and through-hole soldering.
  • Experience using a multimeter.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.
