Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage operations, including menu development, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary and hospitality professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field preferred.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related field; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in food and beverage management, with experience in menu development, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
