Job Title: Director of Luau Operations

Highgate Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Luau Operations to lead the business leadership and management of the Luau Show and venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality operations, business development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profitability of the Luau Show and venue.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Luau Show and venue, including staff management, financial performance, and customer relations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the Luau Show production, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the Luau Show and venue.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • Proven track record in hospitality operations, business development, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000.
