The Store Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shrink Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize losses.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals.
- Setup, Pack-up, and Teardown: Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of a seasonal store.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
