Job Title: General Manager

Overview:

The General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales goals, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and team development.

Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of managers and staff to achieve sales and payroll goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with the Area Director and Regional Directors to achieve company objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of leadership and coaching experience in retail or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
