  • Provides guidance and leadership in technical and professional areas relevant to the program.
  • Ensures compliance with Service Contract Reporting regulations.
  • Coordinates project kick-off meetings to address management and security concerns.
  • Administers the Program Management Plan to ensure effective staffing, communication, and project monitoring.
  • Delivers Monthly Status Reports to track contract performance.
  • Engages in Quarterly Status Meetings with key stakeholders to discuss contract progress and priorities.
  • Manages service delivery for contract oversight, including personnel management and performance reporting.
  • Oversees travel arrangements and ensures compliance with government travel guidelines.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer during contract transitions.
  • Provides administrative support for all Program Management functions.
  • Assists in the development of project documentation and communication tools.
  • Coordinates Video Teleconferences related to project tasks.
  • Conducts daily security checks and maintains compliance documentation.
  • Leads surge support efforts in cybersecurity for unplanned requirements.
  • Ensures quality service delivery in accordance with established standards.
  • Promotes continuous improvement in processes and procedures related to project management.
