At Anserve, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Job Summary:The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive support. This is a full-time, overnight position, requiring a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering calls and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining proper procedures for every account, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching.
- Providing comprehensive support to callers, understanding their needs, and answering their questions.
- Directing callers' questions and complaints to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring swift resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high dependability.
- Continuous learning and enthusiasm for self-improvement.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.50.

Must have your own PC/Laptop (Windows 10 or 11) with at least 8GB of RAM storage, wired USB headset, webcam, and high-speed internet access.
