Job Title: Customer Care Specialist Overnight

At Anserve, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive support. This is a full-time, overnight position, requiring a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining proper procedures for every account, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching.
  • Providing comprehensive support to callers, understanding their needs, and answering their questions.
  • Directing callers' questions and complaints to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring swift resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior call center experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high dependability.
  • Continuous learning and enthusiasm for self-improvement.

Computer Requirements:

Must have your own PC/Laptop (Windows 10 or 11) with at least 8GB of RAM storage, wired USB headset, webcam, and high-speed internet access.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, overnight position, requiring a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
