New York, New York, United States Trunk Tools, Inc. Full time
Job Overview

At Trunk Tools, Inc., we are innovating within the expansive $13 trillion+ construction sector. Our team comprises experienced entrepreneurs united by a common goal: to automate construction processes. With a founding team that includes alumni from SpaceX, Stanford, MIT, and Carta, we have successfully developed and implemented software solutions utilized by over 140,000 users in construction and millions more in various industries, contributing to projects valued at over $2 billion.

We have dedicated the past few years to creating the intelligence that drives construction. Currently, we are rolling out workflow agents, starting with a Q&A document chatbot, to integrate seamlessly into construction teams' operations, ultimately aiming to automate construction tasks. Due to our significant traction with numerous Fortune 500 construction firms, we are expanding our team to deploy additional agents this year. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the transformation of a multi-trillion-dollar industry characterized by inefficiencies and risks.

Implementation Managers engage with all our clients, particularly focusing on our most intricate customer implementations. They collaborate closely with the Product team to design and implement Trunk Tools' offerings, enhancing productivity for the deskless workforce throughout their organizations. Implementation Managers are responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, which includes identifying necessary resources, monitoring progress against success criteria, managing delivery risks, and keeping all stakeholders informed. In this role, you will be accountable for the success of projects and will shape the strategic direction that ensures a seamless transition to Trunk Tools' solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and proactively identifying potential risks.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues.
  • Ensure alignment and communication across all internal and external teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to facilitate a smooth customer experience from initiation to launch.
  • Contribute to scaling efforts by refining implementation management processes and sharing best practices.
  • Assist in creating internal and external materials on topics such as product education and technical specifications.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Sales and Product teams to enhance onboarding, training, and customer stabilization.
  • Maintain Implementation KPIs and other data sources to ensure transparency regarding client health and deliverables.
  • Offer post-launch support, including regular check-ins, usage analysis, and involvement in client renewal discussions.
  • Enhance the company's outreach through participation in webinars, conferences, and other engagement opportunities.
  • Work with the Implementation Manager to refine Standard Operating Procedures and amplify the Voice of the Customer within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing implementation role, project management, technical program management, or management consulting.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple enterprise clients, each generating over $100,000 in annual recurring revenue.
  • Proven ability to influence customers and drive results through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders, as well as end-users of the software.
  • Ability to work well in teams comprising both technical and non-technical members.
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Empathetic with a genuine desire to enhance the work experience for those in the built environment.
  • Interest in technology and artificial intelligence and their implications for the industry.
  • Experience in construction or real estate technology is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must reside in a US time zone and be eligible for travel within the US.

What We Offer:

A collaborative and inclusive startup environment where every voice is valued.

Competitive salary and equity options.

Choice of three medical plans, including a fully covered option, along with dental and vision insurance.

Learning and growth stipend.

Flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options.

Complimentary lunch in the office.

Unlimited paid time off, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

In-person retreats throughout the year.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually + bonus

At Trunk Tools, we are committed to fostering a productive and safe environment within the construction industry and strive to uphold these values within our organization. We are an equal-opportunity employer dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
