Senior Integrated Solutions Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and influential professional to drive the adoption of our EcoStruxure solutions across various sectors. As a senior member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in capturing essential orders and driving the growth of our business through strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically generate sales orders that significantly exceed financial targets for the branch.
- Orchestrate outbound sales activities, including high-level networking events and tailored messaging to qualify and secure sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Pre-construction team to craft compelling cost estimates and proposals to drive new business.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly account plans to drive substantial growth.
- Leverage your extensive network and relationships within the real estate community to position Schneider Electric as the premier choice.
- A proven track record of 5+ years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales within industries directly relevant to Schneider Electric's customer base.
- Experience with HVAC and proficiency in Building Automation Systems and Applications.
- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
- An innate understanding of how technology products and solutions solve complex business challenges.
- Extensive knowledge/experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, property management, construction, or marketing.
This is a prestigious, full-time position offering a competitive base salary combined with commission-based incentives. As a Senior Integrated Solution Sales Representative, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a self-motivated and competitive spirit, while constantly striving for personal and professional growth.
