Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Management Trainee to join our team at American Senior Benefits LLC. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right insurance solutions at affordable prices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial interviews to determine client needs and introduce available insurance policy options.
  • Conduct field underwriting with integrity and ensure all necessary forms are completed and submitted.
  • Arrange payment methods with clients and follow up on claims filed.
  • Process insurance policy requests and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Establish and support team members to achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions and follow approved guidelines for recruiting and training a team of insurance professionals.
  • Maintain a competitive, fun, and inclusive work environment.

Compensation
