About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or other correspondence
  • Listen actively and respond accordingly to resolve client concerns
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless case management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards as set by management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Relations Contact Center or hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed listening skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
