Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Percepta. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or other correspondence
- Listen actively and respond accordingly to resolve client concerns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless case management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
- Meet performance metrics and quality standards as set by management
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Relations Contact Center or hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed listening skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Able to work calmly under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.50
