Lead Financial Strategist for Manufacturing Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Strategist to join our rapidly expanding manufacturing company. This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
About the RoleThe Lead Financial Strategist will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis department, providing strategic financial input, and implementing financial controls. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic financial guidance on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
- Presentation of detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting trends and insights to drive profitability and growth.
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision making.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
- Implement robust financial controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial management with short and long-term operational strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of profitability modeling and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Solid experience in implementing and maintaining financial controls.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide a high-performing finance team.
