About the Role

The Lead Financial Strategist will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis department, providing strategic financial input, and implementing financial controls. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
  • Presentation of detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting trends and insights to drive profitability and growth.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision making.
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
  • Implement robust financial controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align financial management with short and long-term operational strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of profitability modeling and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Solid experience in implementing and maintaining financial controls.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide a high-performing finance team.
