The Manufacturing Operations Director will lead a team of experienced professionals in overseeing the production process at our Washington facility. With a strong focus on efficiency and quality, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet or exceed customer demands
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including staff, equipment, and materials
  • Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain high-quality standards by implementing quality control programs and monitoring product output
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or supply chain management
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of production management principles, including process improvement, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
