Office Operations Coordinator

 

The Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

 

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
