Job Summary

This role supports our administrative team, ensuring seamless communication between departments and external partners. You'll be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, including manifest information and scheduling intake personnel.
  • Work closely with the delivery manager to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries of materials.
  • Provide office staff with invoices for checks to be issued.
  • Coordinate pesticide testing of all incoming materials.
  • Track and record biomass and concentrate through all processing steps.
  • Perform conversions in Traceability from feedstock to hydrocarbon and monitor inventory levels.
  • Coordinate testing of intermediate products for sale.
  • Notify processing customers when final products are ready for testing.
  • Invoice processing customers accordingly, including all fees associated.
  • Manifest and transfer outgoing bulk completed products or coordinate pick-ups as needed.
  • Create and send weekly Dabstract Sales projections.
  • Conduct daily compliance checks and weekly traceability audits to ensure product compliance.
  • Clean and organize the office daily and assist with general lab housekeeping.
  • Communicate with sales reps on customer feedback and report information to the Laboratory Director.
  • Assist with Research Development projects as assigned.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work Environment

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to dusts, fumes, vapors, or mists. The role may involve working in high places, climbing ladders, or being exposed to workplace hazards.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $17.25/hour, paid bi-weekly. You'll also receive quarterly raises, Q&A samples monthly, catered meals Monday through Thursday, and a bagel/donut bar on Mondays. Our Employee Assistance Program provides access to 24/7 counseling support. After six months of employment, you'll receive 40 hours of PTO. We offer comprehensive health, dental, vision, accident, and life insurance for full-time employees.

Location

This role operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in one of our locations in California, Washington, or Massachusetts.
