Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. This role will be responsible for coordinating secretarial duties for Outpatient Clinics, including patient admissions, billing, appointment scheduling, chart maintenance, and authorization for appointments/scans/medications.

About the Role:
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Location: Spokane, WA

This is a full-time position that requires 2 years of general office or HUC secretarial experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate secretarial duties for Outpatient Clinics
  2. Manage patient admissions, billing, and appointment scheduling
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
  4. Obtain authorizations for appointments, scans, and medications
