* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive resident experience
* Collect and process rent, security deposits, and application fees
* Manage curb appeal and maintain a clean and well-maintained property
* Process move-out charges and paperwork
* Secure bids for expenditures and achieve an effective knowledge of software programs
* Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives
