Hours: 14.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, not term time.

Work Pattern: Monday and Tuesday

Salary: £20, - £20, per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Depute Head of Establishment to help lead our expansion within our Early Years settings, supporting staff, children and families.

The successful candidate will be registered with SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) and accountable to the Head of Establishment, undertaking appropriate duties in line with the policies of South Lanarkshire Council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Establishment in the management of Early Years settings
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of Early Years provision
  • Work closely with staff, children and families to ensure the best possible outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registration with SSSC
  • Experience of working in Early Years settings
  • Strong leadership and management skills
