Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to join our team at Agiliti in Greensboro, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all parts and materials required for repair activities
- Order and track parts, supplies, and materials daily
- Ensure correct parts are provided to technicians for approved repairs and rework
- Record and track completed repairs, and provide monthly statements to lab leadership
- Investigate rework and discuss with lab leadership as needed
- Update and maintain part logs for accuracy
- Complete purchase requests with accuracy and follow up on orders
- Perform quality inspections on critical parts and document results
- Assist with new part development and research available options
- Monitor changes to parts and suppliers with lab leadership
- Provide excellent customer service for part orders, statuses, and deliveries
Requirements:
- High School diploma or above
- Prior inventory control and purchasing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with direct and indirect supervision
- Multi-tasking skills and good attendance/punctuality
- General computer literacy and experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Working Conditions:
- Work in a lab environment with occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, and sit for up to 8 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016
- OSHA/Safety training
