  • Record and track completed repairs, and provide monthly statements to lab leadership
  • Investigate rework and discuss with lab leadership as needed
  • Update and maintain part logs for accuracy
  • Complete purchase requests with accuracy and follow up on orders
  • Perform quality inspections on critical parts and document results
  • Assist with new part development and research available options
  • Monitor changes to parts and suppliers with lab leadership
  • Provide excellent customer service for part orders, statuses, and deliveries

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or above
  • Prior inventory control and purchasing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work with direct and indirect supervision
  • Multi-tasking skills and good attendance/punctuality
  • General computer literacy and experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a lab environment with occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Stand, walk, and sit for up to 8 hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016
  • OSHA/Safety training
