Century Distribution Systems, a leader in the industry, is seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain and logistics team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
  • Take ownership of assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Provide leadership in developing and maintaining best practice solutions and long-term strategy in supply chain operations.
  • Identify new process or system requirements from internal and external customers and design solutions to address these needs.
  • Manage assigned staff and communicate clear objectives and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a management capacity.
  • Intermediate to advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software platforms.
  • B2B customer service experience.
  • High-level organizational and time management skills.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to identify and resolve operational problems.
