At Fora Financial, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our partners.

A Day in the Life:
  • Manage inbound leads, qualify, and conduct due diligence on potential partners
  • Identify clients with a strong fit and pursue via research and creative outreach
  • Onboard and train new partners with our system and workflow
  • Review new partner applications, follow-up to ensure efficient onboarding, and conduct our screening process
  • Follow up with ongoing deals and assist in closing deals with partners
  • Manage daily submissions to drive revenue by establishing, managing, and maintaining relationships with business partners
  • Relentlessly improve knowledge of the industry and Fora's funding process
  • Cover for Account Executives when out of the office
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrate a solid sense of priority with a partner-first mentality
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow, and a track record of success; drive for achievement
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task without supervision
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Comfortable in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Salesforce/HubSpot/other lead gen tools is a plus
