About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Modern Treasury. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support, guidance, and strategic advice.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to drive their success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including product training and onboarding.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at B2B SaaS companies, preferably supporting technical products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and workstreams, with experience in process documentation, training, and change management.
  • Finance or accounting knowledge is a plus.
