Key Responsibilities
  • Develop your own client base: Utilize Morty's platform to create, expand, and manage a continuous pipeline of new clients and referrals.

  • Manage client communications: Ensure clients receive the necessary guidance to navigate the home financing process, fostering trust and collaborating with our centralized closing team for smooth transactions.
  • Provide expert loan recommendations: Advise clients based on their unique situations, clearly articulating Morty's value propositions to those unfamiliar with our services.
  • Source clients and build your pipeline: Work at your own pace, utilizing phone calls, networking events, and in-person meetings to connect with realtors and potential buyers.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an approved mortgage license in at least one state or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Willingness to travel to build a mortgage business.
  • Enthusiasm for learning quickly; we value self-starters with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with agency conventional underwriting products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
