Key Responsibilities- Develop your own client base: Utilize Morty's platform to create, expand, and manage a continuous pipeline of new clients and referrals.

- Manage client communications: Ensure clients receive the necessary guidance to navigate the home financing process, fostering trust and collaborating with our centralized closing team for smooth transactions.
- Provide expert loan recommendations: Advise clients based on their unique situations, clearly articulating Morty's value propositions to those unfamiliar with our services.
- Source clients and build your pipeline: Work at your own pace, utilizing phone calls, networking events, and in-person meetings to connect with realtors and potential buyers.
- Possession of an approved mortgage license in at least one state or actively pursuing licensure.
- Willingness to travel to build a mortgage business.
- Enthusiasm for learning quickly; we value self-starters with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with agency conventional underwriting products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
