RN Care Coordinator

If so, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Wingra Family Med Clinic in Madison, WI.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, utilize critical thinking skills to triage phone calls, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
This is a full-time, 80% FTE position, working 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with one consistent day off during the week.
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $118,000 per year based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave, and adoption assistance.
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Graduate of school of nursing degree and six months of RN experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and relevant RN experience are preferred.
