Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Oncology Navigator to join our team at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive cancer care to patients and caregivers throughout all phases of cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' barriers to care, psychosocial, and learning needs to advocate for and support patients and caregivers
• Facilitate timely and coordinated transitions of care, provide anticipatory guidance, reinforce patient and caregiver education, provide guidance in the shared decision-making process, and provide mental and emotional support to patients and caregivers through the continuum of cancer care
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings
• Participate in continuous quality and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred

Work Experience:
• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
• 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:
• Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
• Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
