We are seeking a highly skilled RN to fill the position of RN Coordination Specialist at Amergis. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per year and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.

As an RN Coordination Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your responsibilities will include performing and coordinating the initial assessments and ongoing reassessments of the patient's status, documenting patient case information within a database system, and participating in monthly case conferences by providing information pertinent to patient's needs/goals.
