Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Visions, LLC team. As a full-time RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Position:
  • As a RN, you will be working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing hands-on care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.
  2. Provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients on self-care techniques.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and quality care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience in acute care or home health setting preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
