Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of staff, budget oversight, and compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments.
  • Ensure optimal staff utilization and oversee budgetary responsibilities.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives and well-being programs.
  • Drive clinically focused, patient-centered treatment decisions.
  • Facilitate specialized on-site training for staff, including chronic pain management and vestibular rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); a Master's degree is preferred.
  • For Speech Language Pathology candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
  • A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience.
  • A minimum of one year of management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing processes.
