TMC is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
Key Responsibilities- Execute therapeutic plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve skills for daily living and working.
- Contribute to the planning and selection of therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient needs and interests.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the occupational therapist and adjusting therapy interventions as needed.
- Provide education to patients and their families on therapy processes, adaptive equipment, and home modifications to ensure continued therapeutic practices at home.
- Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- A competitive hourly rate of $30-$32.
- A schedule that includes Tuesday-Saturday.
