- Assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs, including referrals to other departments.
- Support patient flow by facilitating the completion of required documentation and managing walk-in patients.
- Travel to various clinic locations as directed by management to provide support where needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Proven ability to travel to different clinic locations; bilingual skills are preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
