About the Role
We are in search of a driven and skilled brand marketing professional who possesses a strong enthusiasm for the food and beverage sectors. This role is crucial in enhancing Kerry's branded offerings within the foodservice industry. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate closely with various departments including Sales, Commercial Effectiveness, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, and internal agencies to achieve business growth objectives and meet financial targets. A primary focus will be on formulating brand strategies and fostering growth for Kerry's food portfolios across foodservice channels. While remote work is an option, candidates should be located within a reasonable distance to Kerry's North America headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing brand strategies and plans tailored for the foodservice sector to meet business goals.
- Crafting distinctive brand identities and value propositions that differentiate Kerry's food brands from competitors.
- Collaborating with sales teams to enhance brand presence among key foodservice distributor partners.
- Assisting in the development of portfolio and product strategies, integrating insights from cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with R&D on initiatives for new product development and product enhancement.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of market operators, categories, competition, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies for brand growth.

Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; a master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of brand marketing experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or foodservice.
- Familiarity with broadline foodservice distribution and non-commercial channels is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- A growth-oriented mindset with the capacity to develop go-to-market strategies, including compelling launch narratives.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must reside within a reasonable distance to the Kerry Beloit Center.
Compensation Overview
The typical hiring range for this position is $73,758 to $108,755 annually, influenced by various factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and location. In addition to competitive pay, Kerry provides a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and retirement contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.
