Marketing Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in a wide range of marketing activities and day-to-day marketing functions. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the point of contact for the internal and external sales teams, maintain online databases and quoting platforms, and collaborate with the marketing manager and internal teams on various projects.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with business development managers to support and/or assist in marketing needs
- Maintain and update information on company websites as needed via WordPress
- Maintain our CRM software platform, prepare reports, and assist sales team with questions and routing incoming lead inquiries
- Create and edit marketing materials such as spec sheets, sales flyers, and presentations
- Collaborate with and assist the marketing manager, brand manager, and internal teams as needed on various projects in coordination of the company's sales and marketing objectives
- Gather data, analyze the information, and maintain a competitor database
- Maintain marketing internal and external library and online quoting platforms
- Assist Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating the planning and execution of national tradeshows
- Manage webstore daily operations, updates, and monthly reporting
- Complete follow-up communication to new Trademark Operators to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents
- Assist the marketing team with processing purchase orders and other administrative tasks
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
- A high level of attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of marketing concepts, terminology, and fundamentals
- Associates degree or 3 years relevant job experience
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Experience and a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a CRM, HubSpot would be ideal
